I am a trained and certified 500 hour yoga teacher at Yoga Alliance (AYA). During my pregnancy I completed my additional qualification as a pre- and postnatal teacher. My personal yoga path began more than 15 years ago, with my very first yoga class in a yoga studio in Braunschweig. Since then, yoga has accompanied me on my life path and has meanwhile become an indispensable part of my life. I teach several hours a week and I also practice regularly for myself.

Yoga has the great power to harmonize our body, mind and soul. We can relax more easily and through conscious breathing during the yoga exercises, we also promote our powers of concentration. In the Vinyasa Power hour you can let go of all your everyday stress and devote yourself to your mat. In these powerful sessions we combine movement with breathing and sometimes break a sweat. The power unit is followed by letting go in your meditation and relaxation phase. If you want to wake up your body and mind in a relaxed way and find your focus, this unit is the right place for you. The "Slow Yin Yoga Flow" lets us dive even deeper into our exercises. The focus here is on physical alignment and your inner alignment. In this unit we look at how our body and mind are doing today and feel into it. The slow and longer poses help us to connect the body and mind and fall into deep relaxation.
